above sea level and in the highest part of the resort Borovets, 100 m away from the existing ski tracks and the four seats

lift - YASTREBETS 1 and Yastrebets 2.
In the close of the building within one year will be build a cabin lift, which is

going to connect the resort with the nearest city - Samokov.

The Architecture is in the typical for the region

mountain style with a underground and over ground parking.
The Complex is with a spread out built up area from 4 823

sq.m. and will be built on a plot with an area of 1 900 sq.m.

The Complex has a restaurant,

III - instalment 30 % on roof but not later than 30 of November 2007
IV -

instalment on the day of Notary transfer of the property and on completion of the building until December 2008
